Tanglewood Annual Concert 2008

Our concert last year was a positive start to the development of orchestral playing. It is heartwarming to hear from parents who are looking forward to our next annual concert. The wait is over! Registration for Tanglewood’s ’08 concert is now open! This year’s concert will be better organized and greater emphasis on orchestral playing. As such, I am pleased to include additional conducting classes for concert participants. My team of teachers and I will also be looking out for budding conductors!

We will be looking out for young talents who can rise to the occasion and conduct our concert this year! Yes! Promising students can look forward to wielding their batons and control the music of an orchestra in front of a live audience.

• Registration package includes:
• 8 rehearsal lesson (2 hours per lesson) – Saturdays, starting 6 September 2008
• 5 conducting classes (45 minutes) – Sundays, starting 24 August 2008
• 2 orchestral tutorial lessons (45 minutes) – Weekdays, starting September 2008
• 2 concert tickets
